                      day of December A.D. 1869 Between George L. Barnes 
                      Sheriff of said County of the first part and Eliza
                      Malphus of the County of Alachua State of 
                      Florida of the second part Witnesseth, that 
                      Whereas, by virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias 
                      issued out of the Circuit Court for said County,
                      and to him the Said Sheriff directed he was 
                      commanded that of the goods and chattles lands 
                      and tenements of Elizabeth Malphus adminix
                      he Cause to be made the Sum of Two Hundred 
                      Twelve 86/100 dollars, with interest thereon togather 
                      with costs of Suit which Peter ONeil, lately on the 
                      12th day of May A.D. 1868 recovered in our 
                      Circuit Court against Elizabeth Malphus
