State of Florida } This indenture made this the
Alachua County   } 8th day of January AD 1870
one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy between
James Sanders and his wife Flora A. Sanders of
Alachua County and James R.C. Knight and Geo
M. Whetstone of Columbia County and State afore
=said Witnesseth that the said James Sanders
and his wife Flora A. Sanders the party of the 
first part for and in consideration of the sum
of Two Hundred Dollars to him or her in
hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath bargained and sold and by these
             grant
presents doth bargain sell, release and confirm
unto James R.C. Knight and Geo M. Whetstone the
said party of the Second part all of a tract or
parcel of land the same lying in the Counties
of Alachua and Columbia and State aforesaid (to wit)
North East 1/4 of the North East 1/4 of section 6
in Township 8 South of Range 17 East contain
ing 40 acres more or less. Togather with all building
and appertenances of what soever kind thereon
Situated as Well all remainder or remainders rents
and proffits resulting from the same To Have and
To Hold the said bargained premises the only
proper use and behalf, of the said James R.C. Knight
and Geo M. Whetstone their heirs Executors adminis
=trators and assigns in fee Simple and the said
James Sanders, his wife Flora A. Sanders for
themselves their heirs Executors and assigns admins
=trators and assigns doth and will warrant
and defend unto the said James R.C. Knight
and Geo M. Whetstone, their heirs Executors and assigns
forever, the title and the premises hereby conveyed
the lawful claims of any and persons whatsoever
