Register in Bankrupcy for said district for
Exhamination and to make such order therein
as should be proper and according to law and
the said Register upon Examination thereof did
order and direct that the said Assignee after
having given due notice of the time and place of
Sale Should Expose the said Real Estate for
Sale by public auction and sell the same to the
highest bidder thereof and clear of all Encum
brances and the said Johnathan C. Greeley assignee
as aforesaid of the said Bankrupt after
having given Legal notice of the time and place
of Sale did on the Twenty sixth day of February
1870 at Jacksonville Florida Expose and offer for
Sale at auction to the highest bidder all that
certain land and Estate belonnig to the Estate of
the said Bankrupt and known and described as
follows "to wit" That lot of land lying in Gainesville
Alachua County Florida and described as follows
Beginning (30) thirty feet south of the south
West corner of lot (1) one Block (3) three Range (1) one
runing south 4 four chains and twenty five links to a
Stake corner of Mrs R.W. Roberts land thence
East one chain 80 links to a Stake corner of
said Roberts land thence north four chains and 25
links to a Stake corner of said Roberts land
thence West 1 chain and 88 links to a Stake
point of beginning and containing Seven and hundred
and Sixty five (765/1000 of an acre more or less
and sold the same to William P. Colclough he
being the highest bidder therefore for the sum
of the Hundred and five dollars lawful money
of the United states now know all men by these
presents that I Johnathan C. Greeley assignee as
aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum
of three Hundred and five Dollars to me in
hand paid by the said W.P. Colclough at and
before the Ensealing and delivery hereof has granted
bargained sold aliened released conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell alien release convey and confirm
unto the said William P. Colclough his heirs and 
assigns forever all the said tract of land
above described and hereby conveyed togather
with all the improvements thereon and the rights
liberties privaleges hereditaments thereunto beloning
or in any wise appertaining and the reversions rents
proffits and issues thereof to Have and to Hold
the said tract or parcel of land above described
