Hyaann Burghiem, Emma Burghiem and Julia
Burghiem Minor heirs of John H. Burghiem late of
Alachua County State of Florida dcd of the Second
part Witnesseth: that for and in Consideration of
the Sum of Nine hundred dollars to the Said party
of the first part by the party of the Second part in hand
paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the
Said party of the first part hath bargained, Sold
and Conveyed, and doth by these presents bargain
Sell, and Convey unto the Said party of the Second
part, the following described property to wit, The East
half of Lot No One (1) Range three (3) Block Five (5) and
Lot Three (3) Block Four (4) Range three (3) and Block
Five (5) Range Two (2) Situate lying and being in the Town
of Gainesville State of Florida: that is to Say, all the right
title and interest of Henrietta Burghiem, the said ward
of Herman Burghiem, in and to Said bargained & described
premises, To Have and to hold the Same unto the Said
party of the Second part, but in trust, Nevertheless, for the
use and only behoof of the Said Adelphina Hymann
Emma and Julia, the wards of Said Louis Long, and
minor heirs of said John Burghiem dcd forever
In Witness whereof I hereto Set my hand and Seal as
atty in fact as aforesaid this Seventeenth day of June
