real Estate in said Deed conveyed together
with all and singular the hereditaments and
appurtenances therein mentioned & conveyed
and that the same was done freely and
voluntarily, without any compulsion constraint
apprehension dread or fear of or from my said

This indenture made the Eight day of

hundred and Seventy Between Penelope
L. Standley of the county of Alachua
and State of Florida of the first part
and John L. Villalonga of the city of 
Savannah and State of Georgia of the Second
part, Witnesseth, that the said party of
