and being in the county of Alachua and State of Florida and which is Known and
described as follows to wit; Fractional Section Nineteen (19), Containing
three Hundred and Sixty one and 79/100 acres(361 79/100) And also Fractional
Section Twenty (20) Containing Six hundred and Twenty eight and 74/100 acres (628 74/100) both of said Sections being in Township Eight (8) South of Range Nineteen (19) East. Also a tract of Land containing Eight Hundred and fifty two (852) Acres Known as part of the Domingo Fernandez grant in Said County and State aforesaid
and described by Bennett M. Dell, Charles J. Prevatt and George Watson Jr. Commissioners appointed by Law to partition the same as follows to wit; Therefore
let a line be drawn from the S.W. corner (A) of John M. Sanchez Grant perpendicularly upon the Middle line of the Fernandez Grant and let this be the boundary line between Fernandez and Leedwith, Beginning at said line
proceed by the west of John M. Sanchez Grant
around the N.W. Corner, thence Eastwardly sufficiently
for to entrance of the share of S.D. Fernandez and let this share be
bounded by a line running as near as parcticable from
the N.E. Corner (B) of the aforesaid Grant. Also another
Tract of Land containing Three Hundred and seventy five (375)
acres lying in the county and state aforesaid and described
as follows to wit; containing Three Hundred and seventy five acres
of Land more or less lying in the county of Alachua in and
near the S. Felesco Hammock being the same tract of Land
which was partitioned and allotted to the said David L. Yulee
by the circuit court in chancery Sitting in St. Johns County
in the case of Joseph Lawton and others vs Joseph J. Sanchez,
S.D. Fernandez and others according to the decree made and
entered by said courts on the 28th day of June AD 1850 at
St. Augustine, and which decree confirms the partition made by
Bennett M. Dell, Thomas J. Prevatt and George Watson Commissioners
appointed for the purposes which said three hundred and seventy
five acres was part of a tract of six thousand acres Known as the
Fernandez Grant and to one half the interest purchased by said
David L. Yulee in the year 1839 from S.D. Fernandez (the other half
having been sold by said Yulee to A.H. Cole). Also a tract of 400
four hundred acres land granted by the Spanish Government to John
Sanchez, and subsequently confirmed by the Government of the United
States which said tract is more particularly described in the deed of
conveyance for the said Roman B. & Joseph Simeon Sanchez to the said
Zilpha Standley having date Dec 27 Ad 1849 and which said deed to be
found recorded in the clerks office of Alachua county Florida in Book
"A" of Deeds page 206 & 207 on the 29th of Dec 1849 all of which tracts
above described contain twenty Six hundred and Seventeen and fifty three
one hundredths acres more or less To have and to hold all and singular
the aforegranted premises with the appurtenances that the said John L.
Villalonga party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever and
the said party of the first part for my self my heirs executors and
administrators the aforegranted bargained and described premises
with all and singular the privileges improvements and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining unto the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns will forever warrant and defend
against any and all person or persons claiming or to claim by through
or under me in testimony where I have hereunto set my hand and seal
the day and year first above written
