                           Sheriff Deed

                      State of Florida  }
                      County of Alachua } This Indenture made this the 7th 
                      day of February A.D. 1870 by George L. Barnes Sheriff of said 
                      County of the first part and Oscar A. Myers of said County 
                              of the second
                      and State^part Whereas by virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias issued 
                      out of the Circuit Court of Alachua County and to the Said Sheriff deliv
                      ered he was commanded that of the goods and chattles, lands and 
                      tenements of Eliza M. Stewart he Cause to be made the sum,
                      nine Hundred and Eighty Seven Dollars and forty nine cents
                      with interest thereon and costs of suit, which Jond J. Collins
                      deceased lately on the 13" day of May A.D. 1868 recovered in our 
                      Circuit Court against the said Eliza M. Stewart and whereas 
                      the said Sheriff by virtue of said writs did on the fourth day 
                      of January A.D. 1870 levy upon and seize the property hereinafter de=
                      scribed, and whereas the said George L. Barnes as Sheriff as aforesaid
                      did by virtue of said writs and pursuant to the Statues in 
                      such cases made and provided, duly advertize the said 
                      property for sale on Monday the 7" day of February A.D. 
                      1870 being the day of the date of these presents and did on this 
                      day sell the same at public auction according to law to the
50 Cts U.S.I.         said O.A. Myers by his bye bidders S. McCall for the sum 
Revenue               of Two hundred and five Dollars being the highest bidder for 
Cancelled             the same
                            Now therefore Know ye that I the said George L. Barnes 
                      as said Sheriff by virtue of said writs in such cases
                      made and provided, and in consideration of the said 
                      sum of Two Hundred and five dollars to me paid by the 
                      party of the second part have granted sold and by these 
                      presents do grant, bargain and sell unto the said party of the 
                      second, his heirs and assigns forever, all the following proper
                      ty to wit- The North half (1/2) of Section Eleven (11) Township seven (7)
                      South, Range Eighteen (18) East with all the rights titles and
                      interest of which the said Eliza M. Stewart had in and to the 
                      same property, jointly and Severally and the same to hold as fully 
                      as I the said Sheriff as aforesaid under said writs might could or 
                      ought to sell and convey the same -
                               Given under my hand and seal this the 7" day of Febru
