purposes therein set forth -

Know all men by these presents that I J.M. Spark
man of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida for and in consideration of the sum
of Four Hundred Dollars to me in hand paid
by W.H. Donaldson of the County and State
aforesaid the receipt whereof I do hereby
acknowledge do hereby Grant Sell and convey
unto the said William H. Donaldson his heirs
and assigns all that tract or parcel of land
or tenements Situated in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and known and described
by the United States Survey as lots No One
and Eight of Section four Township nine
South of Range Twenty one East containing
Seventy four acres more or less To Have and 
to Hold the aforesaid granted premises
unto the said Wm H. Donaldson his heirs
and assigns to his and their use and behoof
forever, and I the said J.M. Sparkman do
hereby for myself and my heirs Executors and 
administrators covenant with the said Wm
H. Donaldson his heirs and assigns that I
am lawfully seized in fee simple of the
aforesaid granted premises that they are
free from all Encumbrances that I have good
right to sell and convey the same to the said
William H. Donaldson that I and my heirs Executors
and administrators and administrators will and by
these presents do warrant and defend the same
premises unto the said William H. Donaldson
his heirs and assigns forever against the law
ful claims and demands of all persons in Witness
Whereof I the said J.M. Sparkman togather
with Sinah Sparkman my wife who
hereby relinquises her right of Dower in the
premises have hereunto set our hands and seals
this the 26th day of February in the year of our Lord
one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy
