This Indenture made and entered into this the twenty
second day of April in the year of our Lord eighteen hun-
dred and seventy by and between Watson Porter and
D. Warren L. Barton partners doing business under the
firm name of Porter and Barton, and Olivia Ann
Porter, wife of Watson Porter, citizen of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida, party of the first part,
and Floriann Miaskoski of the said County and
State, party of the second part, Witnesseth that the
said parties of the first part for and in considera
tion of the sum of three hundred and eighty dollars to them
in hand paid, at and before the ensealing and delive
ry of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
Have given, granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and 
do by these presents, give, grant, bargain, sell and convey,
unto the said party of the second part, that piece, parcel or lot
of land, lying and being situate in the Town of Gainesville, County
of Alachua and State of Florida, and known and described as
follows, to wit: beginning at a point forty five and a half feet
west of the South east corner, fronting twenty five fee on Liberty
Street, running North from thence fifty feet thence twenty
five in an easterly direction; thence fifty feet in southerly
direction to the point of beginning, the boundary line of
said lot hereby sold and conveyed running parralled with said
block and Range said lot being in block four (4) Range
four (4) according to the plat or survey of the town of
Gainesville, containing twelve hundred and fifty feet square
to have and to hold the said described premises, together
with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
