and the said parties of the first part for themselves and suc
cessors, as Trustees as aforesaid, and for the said Florida
Rail Road Company, and for all others claiming by,
through, or under them, or either of them, do covenant and
agree, that they are seized as Trustees, of a good and
indefeasible fee simple to the above premises, and that
they have good right to convey the same, as they have
conveyed the same, free and discharged from all encum
ber and leins of any and every nature and descrip
tion created by themselves as such Trustees; and that the
said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, shall
quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described premises against
all persons whatsoever, lawfully claiming under them or either
of them.
