  This Indenture made and entered into on this the Fifth day of March
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty
one between Marcellus A. Williams, and Emma Williams of
the first part, and James T. Soutter party of the second part,
Witnesseth; That the said party of the first part for and in consider
ation of the sum of nine hundred and fifty dollars to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, have given, granted, aliened, bargained, sold, trans-
ferred, and do by these presents give, grant, alien, bargain, sell, trans
fer and convey unto the said party of the second party The North West
quarter of section Ten, South half of South West quarter and
