           Know all men by these presents that for
and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred
dollars paid to Mrs Catherine M. Calhoun, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged we have bargained Sold
and delivered unto Wilkinson Call, and do bargain
sell and deliver unto the said Call, the crops of Cotton
Corn and Fodder growing on the place near Archer in
Alachua County, known as the south East quarter of sec-
tion Eight Township Eleven Range Eighteen in Alachua
County Florida, now occupied and Cultivated by the said
Catharine M. Calhoun and by Elbert Baughman
for her also all claims and demands against the
laborers on said place of any kind, for provisions advan-
ced or otherwise we further obligate ourselves, that the said
Elbert Baughman shall remain on said place (named) and
take care of the same until other arrangement
are made by the said Call

I Wilk Call for and in consideration of the sum of
six hundred Dollars to me in hand paid by P.W. Lims
& Co of Savannah Georgia, in advances of money and
plantation supplies the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, do hereby sell, assign transfer and set over to
said P.W. Lims and Company the within Bill of Sale
together with all my right title interest and property
of in and to the property thereby bargained, sold and delivered
to me
