State of Florida    This indenture made this 
Alachua County      the (19) Nineteenth day of
March Eighteen hundred and Seventy by
and between Penelope L. Standley of the
Said County and State of the first part and John
B. Dell of the same county and State of the
Second part, Witnesseth that the said party
of the first part, for and in consideration of
the sum of Five (5) thousand Dollars the
receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged paid
by the party of the 2nd Second part to
the party of the first part, hath granted,
bargained Sold and conveyed, And by these
presents doth grant bargain and Sell & Convey
in fee simple title unto the said party of 
the Second part, his heirs Executors administrators
and assigns forever, All that certain tract or
parcel of land, lying and being Situate in the
Said State of Florida and County of Alachua,
and Known and described as follows to wit; the
south half of section 7 the SE quarter of NW
quarter & the S.W. quarter of the NE quarter of
Sec 7 all of sec 18, all of fractional Section 19
and so lying north of the Belamy Road all of
Section 17 With the exception of the SE quarter
of the North E quarter; the South half of the
SE quarter and the South half of the SW quarter
of sec 8 all in T 8 and Range 19 E also the West
half of the SE Quarter and the NW quar of
the SE quarter of Section 12 of T 8 And
Range 18 E. (the following of the above described
land not included in this conveyance
Viz, N W. Quarter Sec 7, the West half of NE
quarter of Sec 7, the NE quarter of the SW
quarter and the NW quarter of the SE quarter of
Sec 7) With all the privileges and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
To Have and to hold the above granted
premises to the said John B. Dell his heirs
Executors administrators and assigns in fee Simple
forever And the said party of the first part
doth hereby covenant to Warrant and defend
the title to Said Premises to the Party of
the Second Part, his heirs Executors and
Administrators And assigns against her
self And all other persons
