Alachua County         This indenture made this the
19th nineteenth day of March Ad 1870 Between
Penelope L. Standley of said State and County the grantor
of the first part and John B. Dell of said State and
county of the second part, Witnesseth that for And
in Consideration of the sum of twelve hundred dollars
in hand paid by the party of the second part to
the party of the first part, the receipt Whereof
is hereby acknowledged the said party of the first
hath bargained Sold aliened And conveyed And by these
presents doth sell And Confirm unto the said party
of the second part, his heirs and assigns all the foll-
owing parcel of land Situated in said State And
County And described as follows to wit; Lot number
one And the North half of lots numbered Two And Three of
Section Twenty Eight in Township Eight of Range Nineteen
East in the districts of lands subject to sale at
Newnansvelle Florida Containing one hundred and fifty four
acres And also the South East quarter of the North West
quarter And the South West quarter of the North East quarter
of section Twenty Eight in Township Eight South of Range
Nineteen East in the district of lands Subject to Sale
at Newnansvelle Florida Containing Eighty acres And
twelve hundredths of an acre To Have And to Hold unto
the said party of the second part, his heirs And
Assigns in fee simple title forever And the said party
of the first part doth by these present Warrant to defend
the title of the same to the said party of the second
his heirs and assigns forever, against herself her
heirs and all other persons. In Testimony Whereof

Circuit Court for the Fifth Judicial circuit of Florida in and
for Alachua County, S. Warren one of the subscribing Witnesses
to the foregoing Deed, who being duly sworn says that he with
J.M. Dell saw the foregoing instrument Signed Sealed and delivered
for the uses And benefit therein set forth, Sworn to and Subscribed
before me this 25th March 1870
