personally came H. Rountree who being duly sworn
says upon oath that he with John R. Zetrouer Jr saw
this Power of attorney signed Sealed and delivered in
purposes and uses there set forth

This Indenture made and entered into on this
the 19th day of March in the year of
our lord one thousand Eight hundred
and Sixty nine Between James T. Soutter
of the City of New York and John McRae
of the City of Wilmington Trustees duly
appointed by the Florida Rail Road Company
parties of the first part and Bechum and
Hicks parties of the second part
Witnesseth, that the said parties of the 
first part for and in consideration of the
sum of Seventy five Dollars to them in
hand paid by the said parties of the
Second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, have hereby granted
alien, bargained, sold, Transfered and do by
these presents give, grant, alien bargain sell
transfer and convey unto the said parties
of the second part, that certain lot or tract
of land lying and being in the Town of
Waldo, County of Alachua, State of
Florida and more particularly known and
described on the plat of said Town as
lot number five (5) in Block number 
Eight (8), To Have and To Hold the above
described premises togather with all and
singular the rights and prevaliges Emmumities
Easements and appurtenances thereunto beloning
or in any wise appertaining unto the said
parties of the second part and their heirs as
their absolute property in fee simple forever
and the said parties of the first part for
themselves and Successors as Trustees as
aforesaid, and for the Florida Rail Road Company
