This Indenture made this the 3d day of Sept AD 1869
Between Thomas Tillis of the County of Alachua
and State of Fla of the first part and J.L. Spa
rkman of the same County and State of the second
part, Witnesses That Thomas Tillis as aforesaid
for and in consideration of Ninety three 08/100 Dollars
money to him in hand paid the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, Hath bargained sold gran
ted and conveyed and doth by these presents grant
bargain sell and convey unto J.L. Sparkman
as aforesaid the following premises to wit all that
Tract or parcel of land known and described
on the plats of public Surveys in said State
as the South West Quarter of the North West
Quarter and the North West quarter of south West
Quarter of Section Thirty one all of Township
Seven South of Range Twenty one East contain
ing 93 08 of an acre more or less and Situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua togather
with all and singular the rights tenements here
ditaments improvements and appurtenances there
on and there in any wise belonging.
To Have and To Hold the said conveyed
premises Togather with all and Singular the
rights tenements hereditaments and improvements
and appertainances there on and the to beloning
unto the said J.L. Sparkman his heirs and assigns
fee simple forever and the said Thomas Tillis
for himself his Executors and administrators
doth by these presents, Warrant and defend the
Rights possession and quiet improvements of
the premises aforesaid unto the said J.L. Spar
kman his heirs and assigns against the Legal
claiming the same by through or under his
