Presents that Susan Tillis Wife of the Within
named Thomas Tillis, in consideration
of the Sum of Thirty one Dollars to me
in hand paid the receipt Whereof is
hereby acknowledged, do relinquish all my
Dower or right of Dower to the Within granted
premises. In Testimony Whereof I have
here unto Set my hand and Seal this the
