costs of Suit Which John R. Bevill
lately on the 3d day of January AD 1870
recovered against him in our County Court
and Whereas by virtue of said Writ the Said
Sheriff did on the fourth day of February
1870 levy upon and advertise for Sale on the
7th day March 1870 the property herein after
described being the day of the date of these
presents and did on this day Sell the Same
at public Auction according to law to the Said
Richard L. Wilcox of the County of Alachua
for the Sum of one hundred and Eighty
one Dollars being the highest bidder for
the Same. Now therefore Know ye that
I the Said George L. Barnes as Said Sheriff
by virtue of the Said Writs in Such Cases made
and provided and in Consideration of the
Said Sum of one hundred and Eighty one
Dollars to me paid by the party of the
Second part, have granted Sold and by
these presents do grant bargain and Sell
unto the party of the Second part his heirs
and assigns forever, all the following property
to Wit, The North East quarter of Section
Twenty (20) Township Nine (9) Range Seventeen
(17) togather with all the rights tittles and
interests of Which the Said Samuel Watson
had in the Said property Jointly and Severly
And the Same to hold as fully as I the
Said Sheriff as aforesaid under Said writs
Might Could or ought to Sell and Convey
the Same. Given under my hand and Seal
this the Seventh day of March AD 1870
