This Indenture made and Entered into on this the
                       twenty fifth day of April in the Year of our Lord
                       one thousand Eight hundred and seventy, between
                       S.C. Williams party of the first part and P.B.H. Dud
                       ley party of the Second part, Witnesseth that the
                       Said party of the first part, for and in Consideration of
                       the sum of One hundred and fifty dollars to her in
                       hand paid by the the Said party of the Second part
                       the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged, have given,
                       granted, aliened bargained, sold, and do by these presents
                       give, grant, aliened, bargain sell, transfer and convey
                       unto the Said party of the Second part, Lots one (1) and
                       Two (2) in Block three (3), in the Town of Archer County
                       of Alachua and State of Florida, To have and To Hold
                       the above described premises, togather with all and Singular
                       the rights and privaliges immunities, Easements and
                       Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
                       appertaining unto the Said party of the Second part
                       and his heirs as their absolute property in fee simple
                       forever. And the Said party of the first part for
                       herself and her heirs and for all others claiming by

                       nature and description description created by herself
                       and the Said party of the Second part, her heirs
                       and assigns Shall quietly and peaceably Enjoy the

                       so ever lawfully claiming under her, In Testimony
