Seem meet and to make good and sufficient deeds to
the purchasers & through and in and by said will
did appoint Phillip Dell Executor thereof: Now this
Indenture also Witnesseth, that by virtue of the Power
and Authority vested aforesaid and in consideration
of the sum of fifteen Thousand Dollars to him in
hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowled
=ged, the said Philip Dell, doth give, grant,
bargain, sell and convey, by Virtue of these presents, to
the said Charles P. Crawford and his heirs and assigns
forever the following described parcels or tracts of
land, situate lying and being in the County of Alachua
State aforesaid, to wit Section thirty five and thirty
Six Township Seven Range Eighteen South & East
and the North West quarter of the North West quarter
and the East half of the North West quarter and the
East half of Section Five Township Eight Range

Eighteen South and^East and the North half of
the North West quarter and the South West quarter
of the North West quarter and the North West quarter
of the South West quarter of Section one Township
Eight Range Eighteen South and & East, containing
Eighteen hundred and Sixty three acres more
or less with all the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same beloning; To Have and
To Hold the said granted premises to the said
Charles P. Crawford his heirs and assigns in
fee simple And the said Philip Dell Execu
tor as aforesaid for himself his Executors and
administrators covenant with and to the said
Charles P. Crawford his heirs and assigns
by these presents that he the said Philip Dell
has not hitherto done or committed any act
matter or thing as such Executor as aforesaid
whereby the premises hereby granted or any part
thereof is are or shall be distributed or the title
thereto invalidated, In testimony whereof the said
Philip Dell Executor of Bennett M. Dell decd doth
hereto Set hand and Seal the day and year aforesaid
