                                          This Indenture made on
                      the nineth day of April AD One Thousand
                      Eight hundred and Seventy Between George L. 
                      Barnes Sheriff of Alachua County County 
                      of the first part and Jacob Cohen of the Se
                      cond part, Witnesseth That Whereas on the 14th day
                      of June AD One Thousand Eight hundred and Sixty
                      nine a Bill of Foreclosure of Mortgage was filed
                      in the Clerks Office for Alachua County in
                      Favor of Mess Hanchell Turner & Newell Plaintiffs
                      & Thomas J. Myers was the defendant to
                      Said Bill, and Whereas the Said defendant
                              notice by 
                      after due^publication failed to answer
                      Plead or demurer to said Bill, a decree
                      pro confesso was duly Entered, on Said Bill
                      against said defendant, on rule day
                      in November AD 1869.
                      Which Said Decree was made final on the 23d
                      day of November 1869 by order of the Court
                      (Jessie H. Goss presiding) & the Said George
--------------------  L. Barnes Commanded to levy upon & sell at
$1.00 U.S.            Public Auction Outcry to the highest bidder
R. Stamps             the lands Mentioned in the Said Mortgage To wit
Cancelled             Section thirty of Township Nine of Range Twenty
--------------------  of the Arodondo Grant less Sixty Acres more or
                      less in the South East Corner of Said Section
                      And Whereas further on the third day of January
                      One Thousand Eight hundred and Seventy
                      after being previously advertized for thirty days
                      the Said Section of land as above described
                      was duly Sold within the Legal Hours of Sale
                      before the Court House Door in Gainesville for the
                      Sum of Seven hundred and Ten Dollars to the Said
                      party of the Second part, he being the highest
                      bidder therefor. Now there fore for and in
                      Consideration of the premises as above Stated
                      the Said party of the first part has given
                      granted bargained and Sold and by these
                      presents does So give grant bargain Sell and
                      deliver to the Said party of the Second part
                      the Said Section thirty of Township Nine of
                      Range Twenty of the Arredondo Grant, in the
                      County of Alachua & State aforesaid less
                      Sixty acres in the South East Corner of
                      Said Section. To Have and To Hold the above
                      Sold and Conveyed premises togath with all
                      and Singular the houses Buildings improve
