Entered into on this the Sixteenth day of March AD
Eighteen hundred and Seventy between William
Strickland the party of the first part, and Solomon
F. Halliday the party of the second part
Witnesseth that said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of Six
Hundred Dollars to him in hand paid
by said party of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath bargained
sold aliened remised released, transfered con
veyed and confirmed and doth by these presents
bargain, sell, alein remise release, transfer
convey and confirm unto said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns all the right
title interest property and possession of him
