This Indenture made the Twenty fourth day of May
in the year one Thousand Eight hundred and Seventy
Between Sidney Bryan of the Town of Waldo County
of Alachua and State of Florida of the first part
and Solomon F. Halliday of the City of
Gainesville County of Alachua and State aforesaid
of the Second part, Whereas the said Sidney
Bryan is desirous to make provisions for her
Six youngest Daughters namely Ellen F. Bryan
Martha E. Bryan Sidney P. Bryan Mary F.
Bryan Bell Bryan and Sally Bryan against
future contingencies and for their maintenances
and Support and whereas the said Sidney
Bryan is desirous that her daughters
Should Enjoy the proceeds rents issues and income
of the real Estate herein after more particularly des
cribed during the terms of their minority free from
the control liabilaties or interferences of any
husband or husbands they now have or may have
after have, Now therefore this indenture Witnesseth
that the said Sidney Bryan in consideration
of the premises and of the sum of one Dollar
lawful Money of the United States to her in hand
paid by the said party of the second part the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
bargained, sold, aliened remised, released conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents doth bargain
sell, alien remise, release, convey and confirm unto
the said party of the second part all that certain
piece or parcel of land, Situate lying and
being near the Town of Waldo in the County
and State aforesaid and described as follows
a lot of Ten Acres Commencing at the South
East corner of the lot of land described
