as the South West quarter of the North East quarter of sec
tion Twenty Three Township Eight South of Range Twenty
one East and running West Ten chains thence North ten
chains, Thence East Ten Chains, Thence South to place of
beginning ten chains, And also another lot of land described
as the South East Quarter of the North East Quarter
of section Twenty Three of Township Eight South of

Range Twenty one East containing Forty acres more or less
Both lots making Fifty acres more or less togather with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
hereunto beloning or in any wise appertaining and the rever
sion and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues
and proffits thereof and also all the Estate rights title
interests property possession claim and demands whatsoever
as well at law as in Equity of the said party of the
first part, of in or to the above described premises
and Every part and parcel thereof with the appurte
nances, To Have and To Hold, all and Singular the above
mentioned and described premises togather with
the appurtenances unto the said Solomon F. Halliday
his Successors and assigns in Trust and To and for the
several uses, intents and purposes hereinafter mentioned
namely First in Trust to lease the same and to take collect
and receive the rents issues and proffits thereof and
out of the same to keep the said premises in good
order and repair and pay all Taxes assessments and
charges that may be imposed thereon. Second in trust
to pay the residue of such rents issues and incomes

Bell Bryan and Sally Bryan upon the sale and separate
receipt of Ella F. Bryan to the intent and purpose that
they may Equally Enjoy possess and have free from the
control interferance or liability of any husband
they now have or hereafter may have until the said
Sally Bryan attains the age of Twenty one years and then
said property shall be sold by said Solomon
F. Haliday party of the second part and the pro
ceeds of said sale shall be equally divided between
my said daughters Ella F. Bryan Martha E. Bryan
Sidney P. Bryan Mary F. Bryan Bell Bryan and
Sally Bryan and when such distribution shall be
made the trust created by this Deed shall cease
and determine and the said party of the second part
doth hereby signify his acceptance of this trust
and doth hereby covenant and agree to and
with the said party of the first part faithfully
to discharge and execute the same according to
the true intent and meaning of these presents -
