(320) more or less - and in the aggregate nine hundred & fifty five

or in any wise appertaining - Also one undivided half interest

Watson Porter of the County of Alachua and State of Florida party
of the first Part and De Warren Barton of the said State & County
party of the second part = Witnesseth: that the said party of the
first part for and in consideration of the sum of One thousand
dollars lawful money of the United States of America, to him in
hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath given, granted
bargained, sold, aliened and conveyed and by these presents
