-ng containing Ten acres more or less, less
fifteen feet on each side to be left for streets
-To have and to hold the said described premises to him
the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns forever, togather with all and singu-
-lar the Tenements hereditaments and app-
-urtenances thereunto beloning or in 
any wise appertaining, and the said party
of the first part for himself his heirs Executors
and administrators the right and title to said

part his heirs and assigns hereby covenant

unto said T.G. Pratt Thompson all
my Dower and right of Dower in and
