                              This Indenture made this Thirt
           eenth day of December AD Eighteen hundred and
           Sixty nine between James B. Brown of the County
           of Alachua State of Florida of the first part and
           Henry James of the State and County aforesaid
           of the second part, Witnesseth that the said
           party of the first part for and in consideration of
           ($600.00) Six hundred Dollars lawful money of
           the United States of America to him in hand
           paid at and before the Ensealing and delivery of
           these presents, doth grant Sell release and convey
           to the said party of the Second part, his heirs
           and assigns forever all his right title interest
           in that certain piece or parcel of land lying and
           being in the Town of Gainesville and described
           as follows to wit Block (6) Six of Range (5) five
           togather with all and Singular the Tenements here
           ditaments and appurtenances and all the Estate and
           interest and interest of said party of the first part
           therein contained and the party of the first part
           doth hereby covenant and agree to and with
           the said party of the second part that at
           the time of the Delivery hereof, the said party of
           the first part is the lawful owner of the premises
           above granted and seized thereof in fee simple
           absolute and that he will Warrant and defend the
           above granted premises in the quiet and peaceable 
           possession of the said party of the Second part
           his heirs and assigns, In Witness Whereof I have

           described land or lot is made this day freely and
           voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
           apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
