             Alachua County   }  This Indenture made and Entered
             into this the 17th day of March in the Year
             of our Lord Eighteen hundred and Seventy
             between Ruben Bowden of the County and State
             aforesaid party of the first part and
             Lucy M. Bowden his Mother his Mother of
             the County and State party of the Second part
             Witnesseth that the Said party of the first
             part for and in Consideration of the natural
             love and affection which he Entertains and
                         Said 
             bears for his^mother Lucy M. Bowden as
                   the 
             will as^further consideration of the Sum
             of One Dollar to him in hand paid at
             and before the Ensealing and delivery of these
             presents, the receipt whereof is hereby ackno=
             owledged have given, granted, bargained
             Sold and Conveyed and by these presents

             party of the Second part her heirs and assigns
