       being the West half of lot No Twenty (20) containing
       one acre more or less lying in the part of Gainesville
       known as the George R. Fairbanks lots bounded
       on the North by Street on the South by
                      East
       Street on the South by by lot beloning to William
       H. Bracy and on the West by lots beloning to Mc
       Cormick  To Have and To hold the herein before
       described premises togather with all and singular
       the tenements and hereditaments thereto beloning
       or in any wise appertaining to the said Lucy M.
       Bowden party of the second part her heirs and 
       assigns in fee simple forever. In Witness whereof the
       said party of the first part So has hereunto set
       his hand and Seal the day and date herein before
       written

       Between Harriet Duval as Administratrix of
       the Estate of William J. Duval deceased late of
       the County and State aforesaid and Eugenia H.
       Shaylor of the County of Alachua of the second
       part, Witnesseth that whereas on the Twenty ninth
       day of April in the year of our Lord one
       Thousand Eight hundred and Sixty Seven
       and during the life time of of the said William
       J. Duval the said William J. Duval did under
       his hand and Seal bind himself his heirs
