being the West half of lot No Twenty (20) containing
one acre more or less lying in the part of Gainesville
known as the George R. Fairbanks lots bounded
on the North by Street on the South by
East
Street on the South by by lot beloning to William
H. Bracy and on the West by lots beloning to Mc
Cormick To Have and To hold the herein before
described premises togather with all and singular
the tenements and hereditaments thereto beloning
or in any wise appertaining to the said Lucy M.
Bowden party of the second part her heirs and
assigns in fee simple forever. In Witness whereof the
