Executors and administrators upon the payment
of the sum of One Thousand Dollars on or
before the first day of January in the year
one Thousand Eight hundred and Sixty Eight
to make good and sufficient fee simple title
Deed with clause of warrantie to take the said Eugenia H.
Shaylor to the South East Quarter of Section
twenty nine in Township Eleven of Range Nineteen
of the Arredondo Grant in Alachua County =
And Whereas the said Eugenia H. Shaylor has
in full paid the said Amount of Money =
Now therefore these presents are to show that
the said Harriet Duval as administratrix aforesaid
by virtue of the Authority in her vested has given
granted bargained & sold and by these presents
does give grant bargain sell and convey for
the consideration herein above named to the
said party of the second part the following
parcel of land To wit the South East quarter
of section twenty nine in Township Eleven
of Range Nineteen in the Arredondo Grant
Situate in Alachua County and State of Florida
See foot of Deed To Have and To Hold, the (same unto the said
Eugenia H. Shaylor her heirs Executors or
administrators and assigns forever
