            who acknowledged that she Executed the foregoing Deed
            Indenture of Deed for the purposes therein set forth.

                             } Know all men by these presents that
            Whereas Eugenia H. Shaylor has paid in full for
            the East quarter of section Twenty nine of Township
            Eleven of Range nineteen in the Arredondo Grant in
            the County of Alachua under contract Entered into
            between My deceased husband William J. Duval &
            Eugenia H. Shaylor as will more fully appear from
            the foregoing indenture of Deed And Whereas as
            Harriet Duval of the Estate of my said husband
            I have conveyed the said land to her in fee simple 
            Now therefore fore the foregoing consideration as well
            as for the sum of Five Dollars to me in hand paid the 
            receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, I have hereby
            given grant bargained sold and conveyed & by these presents
            do give give grant bargain sell & convey to the said
            Eugenia H. Shaylor her heirs Executors and adminis
            trators & assigns all my right of Dower in and to the said
            parcel of land herein above described & by me Harriet Duval
            as aforesaid conveyed to the said Eugenia H. Shaylor
            To Have and To Hold the same unto the Eugenia H. Shaylor
            her heirs Executors or administrators and assigns forever
            In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
            on this Twenty fourth day of May AD 1870

            in favor of Mrs Eugenia H. Shaylor to the lands conveyed
            to her by the said            as          of the Estate of
