party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever one
undivided half interest in all that certain lot or parcel of
land, lying and being situate in the Town of Gainesville County
of Alachua and State of Florida and known and described as
follows to wit: the South West corner of Block four (4) range
five (5) fronting fifty (50) feet running back East one
hundred (100) feet: also One undivided half interest in
a certain lot or parcel of land lying and being situated in
the Town County & State aforesaid, and known on the plan of
said Town of Block four (4) and Range four (4) containing
one acre more or less, together with an undivided half
interest as is herein before mentioned, in all and singular
the tenements, hereditaments and appurtinances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining - To have and to hold
the said one undivided half interest in and to the
aforesaid lots or parcels of land to the said De Warren
Barton party of the first part his heirs and assign in fee
simple forever - In Witness whereof the said party of the 
first part has hereunto set his hand and seal the day
and date herein before written

claim, and renounce unto the herein before mentioned
De Warren Barton his heirs and assign forever, all
my right, claim, dower or possibility of dower in and to
one undivided half interest in the lots or parcels of land
