Bailey and Margaret R. Bailey of the first part for our
selves and our heirs the said premises in the quiet
and peaceable possession of the said party of the second
part, his heirs and assigns against the said party of
the first part and their heirs, and against all and Every
person Whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same
shall and will Warrant, and by these presents forever

This Indenture made and
Entered into on this the fourteenth Day of November 1866
between Tillman Ingram and Wife Jane A.L. In=
gram of the first part and J.H. Roper of the second
part, Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum
of Two hundred Dollars to us in hand paid the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. We have
this day and Sold and do by these presents
bargain and sell to the party of the second part
the following lot of land to wit the South half
of lot four Block Two Range Three Except
twenty five feet by fifty feet in the South
East corner that is to say Twenty five (25) feet
