togather with all tenements Hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging
To Have and To Hold to the said party
of the Second part his Executors, adminis
trators or assigns forever, And we the parties
of the first part do further covenant with
the party of the Second part that We are
lawfully Seized of the above described Lot
of land that We have good right to Sell
the same To which We do by these presents
warrant and defend the said party of the
Second part in peaceable possession
of the same against the lawful claims
