Alachua County } Know all men by these presents
that I James B. Brown and Anna
W. Brown his wife of Alachua County Florida for
and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred
Dollars the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents
hath bargained sold and conveyed and do hereby
bargain sell and convey unto Mary J. Hicks of
Alachua County & State of Florida Executors and
administrators all that certain piece or parcel of land
situate and lying within the lines of the Arredondo Grant
in Alachua County & State of Florida Which is desig
=nated on Burrs & Washingtons Map of said Grant as
the Block Twelve less 15 Fifteen Feet round said Block
Containing Ten acres including the 15 feet in
Section 5 Township 10 Range 20 acres Containing
20 Ten acres as appears by a Survey made
by William Perry be the same More or less togather
with all right & titles therein To Have and To Hold
the above described premises and appurtenances
unto the said Mary J. Hicks and her heirs and assigns
forever In Witness Whereof We have hereunto set
our hands and seals this 5th day of December
