of December 1869 by order of the Court of
Probate of said County and after due
legal advertisement the following property
of the Estate of George M. Galpin deceased
late of said County, was sold by Gideon B.
Harris administrator of said Estate at
Public out cry in the Town of Newnans
=ville and Whereas Joseph J. Sealey was
the highest bidder there at bidding the sum
of Eight Hundred and Eighty ($880) Dollars
and Whereas the said Sale was duly
reported to and confirmed by the said
Court of Probate and title ordered to be

the day of July in the year of
our Lord, one Thousand Eight hundred and
Seventy between Gideon B. Harris of the State
and County aforesaid administrator of
the Estate oforesaid George M. Galpin
deceased, of the first part and Joseph
J. Sealey of
of the second part, Witnesseth, that the
said party of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of
