                  Alachua County   } Know all men by
                  these presents that I, Stephen P. Bevill of the
                  County and State aforesaid in Consideration
                  of the sum of Five Dollars to me in hand paid
                  by Lavinia Bevill (My Wife) as well as in
                  Consideration of favor and affection and
                  the natural desire to provide for said Levinia
                  Bevill and her heirs (the children of our Marriage)
                  an Adequate Maintenance and Support
                  have granted, transferred aleined, Conveyed
                  and Confirmed and do by these presents
                  grant transfer, alein Convey and Confirm
                  with said Levinia Bevill her heirs and assigns
                  all my right title interest and property
                  in and to the following described premises to wit
                  - that tract in the Town of Gainesville Known on
                  the Map made by P. Henry Young as Block
                  Number Four Containing Two Hundred feet
                  Square, also that tract in Said town described as
                  Block number three & Lots number five & Six, also
                  one tract running from the north corner of lot number
                  Five East, to the run of Sweet Water Branch thence
                  down said Branch two hundred feet, thence West
                  to the Corner of lot number Six Containing three
                  quarters of an acre more or less to gather with all and
                  singular the tenements hereditaments and appurten=
                  ances, there to beloning or in any wise appertaining
                  To Have and To Hold the said described premises
                  to her the Said Levinia Bevill her heirs and assigns
                  for ever in Fee simple. In Testimony Whereof I have
                  hereunto set my hand and Seal this the 24 day of

                  conveyance, and that the same was so executed for the purposes
