Alachua County } This Indenture made and Entered
into on this 30th day of January AD 1863 between
Tillman Ingram of the County of Alachua State
of Florida party of the first part and Lavinia
Bevill of the State and County aforesaid party of the
second, Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the
sum of one hundred and Fifty Dollars to me in hand
second
paid by the said party of the first part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have bargained, sold, aliened
remised, released transfered confirmed and conveyed
and do by these present bargain, sell, alien remise,
release remise transfer convey and confirm unto
said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns
all my right, title interest, and property in and to
that certain lot of land situate in the Town of =
Gainesville and described my Metes and bounds
as follows to wit = bounded north by J.W. Annis' lot
bounded east by Levinia Bevills lot bounded south
by Lavinia Bevills lot and bounded west by Abraham
Fridenburgs lot, To have and to hold the said
described premises to her the said party of the second
part her heirs and assigns forever in fee simple,
togather with all and singular the tenements hered
itaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
or in any wise appertaining, and I the said party
of the first part do hereby covenant for the consider
ation aforesaid with the said party of the second part,
that I am lawfully seized of the above described
lot piece or parcel of land, that I have and lawful
right to convey the said and I the said party
of the first part, for myself my heirs Executors and
administrators, the right and title to the said des
cribed premises in the said party of the second
part, her heirs and assigns will forever warrant and
defend. In testimony Whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and seal this the day and year first above
written.
