Alachua County } This Indenture made Entered
into on this the day of January AD 1862 Between
Tillman Ingram of the first part and Lavinia Bevill
of the State and County aforesaid of the second part
Witnesseth for and in consideration of the sum of one
hundred Dollars to me in hand paid the receipt where
=of is hereby acknowledged have bargained and sold
and by these presents do bargain and sell to the party
of the second part the following lot piece or parcel
of land, lying and being in the Town of Gainesville
to wit, Lot number Block number Four
Containing Two hundred Feet square further described
by a Map made by P. Henry Young togather with all
the tenements hereadataments and appurtenances
thereunto beloning or in any appertaining.
To Have and To Hold the said party of the second
part her heirs Executors administrators or assigns
forever And I of the first part do further covenant
with the party of the Second part that I am
lawfully seized of the above described lot or
piece of land that I have good right to sell
the same to which I do by these presents bind my
self my heirs & Executors administrators or assigns
forever - And I do by these presents warrant and
defend the said party of the second part in
peaceable possession of the same against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever - In Witness
Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the
day and year first above written.

I Jane L. Ingram wife of Tillman Ingram who
Executed the foregoing Deed of Conveyance for and
in consideration of the sum of one Dollar to me
in hand paid the receipt Whereof is hereby acknow
ledged have renounce relinquished and do by these
presents renounce and relinquished to Levenia Bevill
his heirs and assigns forever, all my Dower
and right of Dower in and to the premises in the
said Deed of Conveyance described Witness my
hand and Seal this the 2d day of March AD 1870
