      herein before described in the annexed and foregoing deed of
      conveyance - To Have and to hold the same together with one
      undivided half interest in the tenements, hereditaments and
      appurtinances thereunto belonging or in any wise appurtaining
      to the said De Warren Barton his heirs and assigns in fee simple

      and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of

                     Articles of agreement & Copartnership
      made and entered into this the first day of January
      in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred &
      Sixty nine, by and between Watson Porter of the County of
      Alachua and State of Florida party of the first part and
      De Warren L. Barton of the said County and State party of
      the Second part, Whereas it is the intention of the said
      parties to enter into and form a copartnership for the purp
      =ose of carrying on agricultural Mercantile, and such other
      pursuits as they may jointly agree upon for which
      purpose they covenant and agree one with the other upon
      the following terms, and articles of agreement to the faith
      =ful performance of each and all of which they mutually
      bind and engage themselves, Each to the other his
      executors and administrators;
First   The name and Style of the said firm or copartnership shall
      be Porter & Barton, and it shall continue for the period of
      five years, from the date hereof except in the case of death
      of either of the parties within the time specified or for such
      further time as may be mutually agreed upon by and between
