Dollars (for the same and the same being sold
to said party of the second part,) to him in hand
paid by the party of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged; does hereby bargain
sell, and convey to the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns the following described
property To Wit: Lot one (1) Section Thirty Three (33)
Township nine (9) Range (19) Lot Three (3) Section Ten
(10) Township Ten (10) Range Nineteen S & E, sold
for the payment of Taxes as the property of Gilbert L.
Denton together with all and singular the rights titles
interests and appurtenances thereto belonging, or in
any wise appertaining which the said Gilbert L. Denton
had on the said property and the same to Hold
as fully as I the said Tax Collector as aforesaid
in pursuance of the Statutes Might, Could or ought
to sell the same in Witness Whereof I the said Leonard
G. Dennis Tax Collector as aforesaid have hereunto
set my hand and Seal this day and year
