which said secured sum of money are secured
to be paid by the rotes of the said John E. Hicks,
vesting as alien on said land hereinafter described
and on the personal property herein after mentioned, un-
til the same shall be released therefrom, Either by pay-
ment or by agreement of the party or parties holding
said notes; - which said Lien is further perfected by a deed
of mortgage from said John E. Hicks of Even date
herewith made to secure the payment of the said
several sums of money with the interest thereon,
the said John L. Black has bargained, sold and con-
veyed, and by these presents doth * bargain, sell and con-
vey unto the said John E. Hicks the following described Real
Estate in the County of Alachua and State of Florida, viz=
all those several tracts or parcels of land known and de-
scribed in the surveys of the United States, and the public
records as one moiety, or half, of Sect seven (7) Township
Ten (10), Range Twenty one (21), containing Five hundred and
seventy Eight 89/100 Acres and fractional sections Eighteen (18) Town
ship Ten (10), Range (19) Each containing six hundred
and thirty seven acres, more or less, That is to say the inter
est sold and conveyed to said John E. Hicks is one half of
said section Twelve, and one half of each of the said several
described tracts of land, being the interest formerly owned
by Daniel R. June, and conveyed by the said Daniel
R. June to Wilkinson Call, in Trust; and by the said
Call under direction of said June to John L. Black
the said land being further described and set forth in
a deed of partition Executed by Daniel R. June and
John E. Peay, on the twenty second (22d) day of March one
thousand eight hundred fifty six, a copy of which is
hereto attached and reference made thereto as a part
of this deed |
