To have and to hold unto him, the said John
E. Hicks, and his heirs and assigns forever, all of
the said several tracts of land, with all of their rights
and appurtenances - and I do further in consideration
of the premises, sell and deliver unto the said John
E. Hicks, the following described personal property
viz; Eight (8) mules; one brown horse, named "Butler"
two young unbroken horses, two waggons all the stock
on the plantation with the mark and brand viz
crop split; under-bit, swallow fork, Brand 2-K =
also^one^half interest steam Engine, and the two Gins thereto
belonging, and all the fixtures including the grist mill and
I do further, sell assigns and transfer unto the said John
E. Hicks, the Judgement lien on said land of one
half of the judgement for three thousand and fifteen
dollars, or about that sum tendered in Alachua
Ct Ct for the State of Florida favor of Tillman Ing
ram and against Daniel R. June, and John E.
Peay, being for the purchase money due on said
land, and a judgement lien thereon = the said
transfer to convey no right to the said Hicks against
the said June, but only conveying the lien their to
belonging on said land. The said judgement having
been transferred to Boston and Villalonga, and
from them through others to the said John L.
Black And further in consideration of the
premises I hereby sell, assign and transfer all
the other rights title and interest acquired by
me under the purchase and the agreement of
purchase of the title of the heirs of John M. Lewis
dcd of Alachua to the said land, made be-
tween Wilkinson Call of Florida, and George R.
Fairbanks, atty in Fact for said heirs, to the said
John E. Hicks -
