                  Alachua County   } This Indenture made the fourteenth day of
                  January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
                  hundred and seventy between Archabald K. Mixson of Mari
                  on County and State of Florida party of the first part, and
                  Ellen M. Jackson, daughter of said Archabald
                  K. Mixon party of the second part Witnesseth, that the
                  said Archabald as well for and in consideration of the
                  natural love and affection which he the said Archibald
                  hath and beareth unto and toward the said Ellen, as also
                  for the better maintenance, support and livelihood
                  of her the said the said Archabold, has given, granted al-
                  iened, enfeoffed, and confirmed, and by these presents
                  doth give grant alien enfeoff, and confirm unto
                  the said Ellen her heirs and assigns all of the following
                  described property to wit: one bay horse about
                  five years old one Black mare with Blase in
                  face one White hind foot about seven years old
                  and ten cows and their calves Marked with crop
                  two splits and under bit in one year under bit
                  in the other Branded with the letters AM, To Have
                  and To Hold the said property hereby granted and
                  confirmed or mentioned or intended so to be with
                  their an every of their appurtenances unto the said
                  Ellen her heirs and assigns to her and their sole use
                  use and behoof forever, and the said Archibald
                  for himself his heirs Executors and administrators
                  doth covenant and agree to and with the said
                  Ellen her heirs and assigns by these presents that
                  She the said her heirs and assigns shall and may
                  lawfully from time to time and at all times hereafter
                  peaceably and quietly Have Hold use possess
                  and enjoy the said property hereby granted and
                  confirmed or mentioned or intended so to be
                  free clear and fully described discharged as
                  well and sufficiently kept harmless and undi=
                  minished from and against all former and other
                  gifts grants bargains sales jointures dowers and
                  Estates and of from and against all former and
                  other titles troubles charges and incumbrances what
                  soever has done or made or supposed so to be
                  by him the said Archibald his heirs and assigns
                  or any other person or persons lawfully
                  claiming or to claim from or under him them or
                  any of them. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto
