  We, Savage & Haile of the town of Gainesville, County of
Alachua and State of Florida do hereby Certify that a cer-
tain Mortgage bearing date the Twlelfth day of January one thou
sand Eight Hundred and seventy made and executed by
H.B. Scott of New York City New Yourk County and State
to us to secure the payment of the sum of Five Hundred
and Forty five dollars and nine cents as shown by
two promissory notes bearing even date with the afore
said mortgage - and recorded in the office of the
Clerk of Alachua County aforesaid in second Book of
Mortgages on pages 534 and 535 on second day
of Mortgages June 1870 is paid.
