The receipt Whereof is hereby, acknowledged by
Mrs Margaret Marshall, of Said State County hath
granted, bargained, Sold and Conveyed unto Said
Margaret Marshall the following tract piece or parcel of
land containing Thirty five and 27/100 acres

Nine, To Have and To Hold unto the Said Margaret
Marshall, her heirs Executors Administrators and
assigns for ever in fee Simple and the Said William
