            This indenture Witnesseth that I, Stephen McCall have and
            by these presents, do lease unto J.T. McMillan & Co or either
            of them, the vacant ground being Situate between my new
            Store House & the House known as McKinstry's Office
            in the Town of  Gainesville Fla, 2d parties agreeing and
            binding themselves to pay Me or My legal representa
            =tives annually as rent for the Same Twenty Dollars
            I hereby guarantee to 2d parties privaledge of building
            ** ground or & My Store & the right to the House so
            long as they desire it and upon their wishing to give up
            the same. I agree to pay them for the Same its value
            or to allow them to remove it from the premises
            the lot of ground herein above mentioned, fronts
            thirty feet & runs back forty feet.
