Alachua County   } Whereas by an order of the
Judge of    Honorable William Edwards
Judge of the County Court Ex oficio Judge of
Probate in **** said County and State the
undersigned Stephen McCall as administra
tor of the estate of John Wiggins late of said County
deceased duly and for the legal term advertized 
to be sold before the Court House Door in
the Town of Gainesville on the first Monday in July 
AD 1869 at the usual Hour of legal Sales
as the lands beloning to the estate of Said
John Wiggins dcd heretofore in this instrument
fronting to be more particularly described
by US Surveys and the said administra
=tor Exposed said lands for sale at
Public outcry according to the Terms and
Notification aforesaid on the first Monday
in July AD 1869 and the said lands were
Knocked down to Oscar A. Myers the said
O.A. Myers being the highest and best bidder
for the same he having bid the sum of Three
Hundred and Twenty five Dollars
Therefore this Indenture Witnesseth between the
said Stephen McCall as Administrator
of the goods and chattles of lands and
tenements of rights & credits which were
of John Wiggins late of the County of Alachua
State of Florida duly authorized to sell
said Estate of the first part and Oscar
A. Myers of the same State and County
of the second part, That for and in consideration
of the sum of                     Dollars
in hand paid unto the said Stephen McCall
as admin as aforesaid the receipt of which is 
hereby acknowledged, the said party of the first
part hath bargained sold conveyed granted
and effaced enfeoffed and doth by these
presents bargain sell convey grant and
enfeoffed unto the said Oscar A. Myers
the following described real estate which
was of John Wiggins decd as aforesaid
coming to the hands of said administrator
to be administered to wit, the southeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section
Twelve (12) Township Eight (8) South of
Range nineteen (19) east, containing 42 69/100 also
lot No 1 & South half of lot number (2)
quarter Section No 13 in Township (8) South
