                 Alachua County   } Know all men by these 
                                  } presents that we Andrew
                 Ormand and Mary D. Ormand his wife of
                 the County of Alachua State of Florida in
                 consideration of the sum of One Thousand
                 Dollars to us in hand paid and by us received
                 do hereby bargain sell grant and convey unto
                 Samuel McCormick his heirs and assigns all that
                 certain peice of land lying and being in the County
                 and State aforesaid and which is known
                 as follows to wit, the east half of South West
                 quarter of Section No 15 in Township 10 South
                 of R. 22, containing eighty (80) acres also
                 SW1/4 of SW1/4 of Section No 15, Township
                 10 South of R 22 containing (40) acres also
                 the NE1/4 of NW quarter of Section No 22
                 in Township 10 South of R 22. containing
                 forty (40) acres also that fractional West
                 half of the SE1/4 quarter of section No 15
                 Township 10 S of R 22 lying west of the
                 Rail Road and all that of the NW1/4 of NE
                 quarter of Section 22 Township 10 S of R 22 E
                            N
                 lying west of Gainesville Rail Road and
                 West of RR containing in all fourteen
                 (14) acres more or less containing in aggregate
                 One Hundred Seventy Four (174) acres 
                 togather with all the tenements heriditaments
                 and appurtenances with ever privaleges,
                 right, title, interest and estate, reversion
                 remainder and easement thereto beloning
                 or in any wise appertaining to have and To
                 hold forever, and We covenant with the said
                 Samuel McCormick his heirs and assigns
                 that We are lawfully Seized of said prem
                 =ises that they are free from all incumbrances
                 and that we will warrant and defend the title
                 to the said premises against the claims of all
                 persons. In Witness Whereof the said Andrew Ormand
                 as well as Mary D. Ormand his wife who
                 joins in this conveyance for the purposes of trans
                 =fering her claim to and relinquishing her right
                 of dower in the above described premises have
                 hereunto set their hands and affixed their
                 seals this fifth day of March one thousand
                 eight Hundred & Seventy
