sealed and delivered for the purposes and uses

City of Cincinati  } Know all men by these presents
                   } That I, Henry B. Scott of the
City of Cincinati County of Hamilton and State
of Ohio, for and in consideration of the sum of
Five Hundred Dollars to me in hand paid
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do
hereby give grant, bargain sell and convey to
Theodore Albert of the City of Cincinati and
County of Hamilton, his heirs Executors administrators
and assigns forever all those certain peices of 
land lying and being in Alachua County State of 
Florida which are known and known and described
as follows viz, The South East Quarter of
the North West Quarter and the South West Quarter
of the North East Quarter of Section Twenty
Township Seven South Range Twenty East
also one undivided half of the South West Quarter
of the South West Quarter of Section Twenty five
Township Seven South Range Twenty East containing
(one half of) forty acres with the privaleges and
appurtenances thereto beloning or in any wise
appertaining. (Said privalege being those of
water power) To Have and To Hold the same
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the said Theodore Albert his
heirs Executors administrators and assigns in fee
simple forever and I the said Henry B. Scott
for myself my heirs Executors administrators
and assigns forever do covenant with the said
Theodore Albert, his heirs Executors, administrators
and assigns that I am lawfully seized in fee
